Cranberry Blu Spinach Salad
1 bag washed spinach
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Poppyseed dressing
2 T chopped green onion (optional)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Toss salad with dressing immediately before serving.
Some people may prefer that the blue cheese be served on the side and people sprinkle it on their own salad.
